Something is wrong with it, it smells like sewage. Had to throw it away 🤮 This issue was in both watermelon and blueberry flavors.

Totally fake and duplicate product. And about MPN that's a scam no assurance for genuine, they only state "there's a hologram on the jar so it's a genuine". Well there points to be taken into consideration. 1. The packaging quality very bad. 2. Mix ability - even after shaking it for more than a minute you'll still feel the powder. 3. The fizz is much more than a beer lol. Are you serious? 4. Here comes the important point, which manufacturer will write wrong spelling on the package lol, you can check there are 2 different products photos, zoom in near the left bottom near Barcode. This is a great BCAA product, and the taste is great! Two scoops per serving, and unlike other BCAAs this looks as though it'll stretch me a whole month at least. It has 3 grams of leucine per serving, 1 gram of isoleucine, and 2 grams of valine. From research it has a great ratio of AA's, its product purity and ingredient safety is above par. Highly suggested.

BCAA's arent necessary unless you are preparing for a contest. It wont work u less your diet is good. U can skip it and still build muscles.Forget what your trainer has told u or what nutrition brand propagate, its not that important at all and i didnt see any changes for a month i took it. U can easily skip it. Instead spend this money on a good ISOLATE PROTEIN and diet.

I use this to hydrate during my workouts and to aid in my recovery. The taste is great and isn't too strong at all. It's easy to mix and and helps me maintain a good amount of energy and alertness after my workouts. I'm susceptible to seriously bad post-workout crashes, but using this or MP's pre-workout powder has alleviated this quite a bit for me! No jitters with this powder and it's super easy on the stomach.
