A very do-able cleanse and you will feel great
I have the first edition, but the 2nd edition is so much better! I believe the content is the same, but the pages are laid out so much nicer, it highlights the goals for the day and the week. Plus, the book is done in color this time and it's so much nicer. It also has a 30-day grid where you can countdown how many days are left in your cleanse.But.....not that you will be desperate to get this cleanse over with. This is a very do-able cleanse as you gradually wean yourself off of sugar, caffeine, alcohol, dairy and wheat. I feel so great after eliminating these 5 things that I have no desire to go back to them. Tiffany also has some good recipes and explains the daily yoga well.I highly recommend this cleanse and this book.

So well put together, and so informative
I absolutely love the second edition! I have 2 copies of the first edition, and the first edition is awesome, but the second edition is so beautiful. I love books that are in color, and the color is absolutely gorgeous. It feels like a completely different book than the first edition. The layout of the pages is easy to follow, and it helps make the cleanse itself more approachable. Even if you have the first edition, you should get the second edition. It's like a yogi's eye candy. Plus, Tiffany is awesome, and I'd support anything and everything she offers. I like Tiffany's approach, and how she explains everything. It makes it so much easier for me to understand, and I feel like I really learn a lot from her.

Tiffany Cruikshank, is smart, creative, kind and humble; but these are definitely not the reasons why you should get your hands on this great guide to Optimal Health. The format is easy to understand the book just flows; there are not any of those silly case studies (those just turn me off as a reader) she lays out the facts and is realistic, which makes the book approachable and most importantly "doable".

Fantastic book. Life changer.
This book is my "go to" when. I want to right the ship. Useful tips for all that include dietary tips, detox tips, yoga practice and myofascial release. Not a book but a guide to a healthier you!

I love it!
It absolutely met my expectations! The focus is on getting healthy & living a better life. It opens your eyes to new ways to cherish your body w/out feeling deprived. No, the 30 day plan is not easy.... Yes, it's been a fun adventure! 30 days to learn more about yourself w/ a daily focus. Excellent!

Great book! I had the first edition
Great book! I had the first edition, but this is so much prettier and easier to follow and it has more recipes. And I feel so much better after doing the cleanse. But the book is worth it just for the pictures of Tiffany doing incredible yoga poises!

A wonderful detox and revitalization program
A wonderful detox and revitalization program. Easy to follow. Loved the yoga. Felt so good after using it. I learned so much about nutrition, health, yoga, detoxing, etc. I highly recommend this book

A wonderful compendium of approaches to improve your life
This is a wonderful book. I was actually in two minds about buying it, since my diet was already fairly healthy and I practise yoga daily. But this book served me well! It was like having a personal coach with me every day, encouraging me to keep making changes and trying out new things that could improve my health and wellbeing. I'm on day 29 as I write this, and it's been a wonderful journey that I hope will bring lasting change and continual improvement in the future.Each day of the 30-day plan is accompanied by 1-4 pages of advice for the day. The approach is holistic: Tiffany covers diet, yoga, myofascial release, detox techniques, herbs, philosophy, recipes, and probably some more things that I've forgotten. This is the real strength of the book: it's packed with information! I think the book can serve quite a wide audience. For me personally, the lifestyle advice was invaluable. It brought my attention to the importance of really working hard to cultivate a positive attitude. By the end of week 2, I was already noticing a positive change and feeling absolutely amazing.So tomorrow is the last day of the programme, but it doesn't really feel like an end. If anything, I'll be continuing the life I've been leading for the past month, and probably working through this book again later in the year to focus on some of the other ideas and techniques it outlines and to refine things further. I'd recommend this book to anyone who's keen to put in the work to really look after themselves and make a positive change to their lives.

As much as I like Tiffany and her book I can not give the ...
As much as I like Tiffany and her book I can not give the kindle book more than two stars. The font on kindle app (iPad ) is not adjustable and this book is not opening with kindle app on my mac. I don't know about other users who bought this book, but it somehow lacks on the technical side when it comes to using it on other devices rather than kindle itself. I can't comment about kindle device as I am not using it.Haven't said all that the content of the book is useful, but spoiled by issues I just mentioned.
