Awesome convenience.
I love this handy product. It was simple to use to take some belt pullies off 2.5” shaft while working on a ladder 21 feet off the floor.

Failed only used a few time
This puller is junk, The black end cap that holds the spring. The threads strip out and the unit flew apart.The plug isn't hardened.The plug has nothing to do with the hydraulic pressure , just holds spring pressure.How do I get this fix, unable to reach the company for help?Regards Wayne

No Load Rating On Press?
For the price it’s not bad.Professional crane tech for a living.Really surprised it literally had no sticker on it saying it’s “supposedly” a 15 ton on it. For all I know I got a 5 ton shipped to me for the price of the 15 ton.Case was slightly damaged during shipping, not sellers fault.3 stars for no clear markings saying the specific rated tonnage.

Don't buy
Was removing the rear hub on my car supposedly per the instructions this has a pressure relief valve so that if it exceeds over 5 tons the relief valve opens first but a clearance apparently the metal fatigued first and snapped off. Fortunately this is only the hardware between the pump handle and the pump and not one of the major components which if it exploded probably would have likely destroyed something on the car or cause bodily harm 100% don't buy get something else.

Cheap!
The puller is made of cheap components. The cylinder Broke during its first use. No instructions about how to fix. In addition, the linkage components are made of soft metal that deform during use. Sent it back.
