Very bad quality hardware!!
I ordered seeing the pictures. Looks good. But the hardware quality is not worth a penny.After the use of 2nd day only, the buckle screw came off.Also poor customer service. I ordered collar & leash seperatly. I recieved only one parcel, and amazon status showed delivered both. Even after complaints no action has been taken. And never recieved my refund too. Now i dobt have any bill for return since i never recieved one only.

Extremely good quality. Was tired of the leashes that were bought earlier. This is light ; soft and looks good. Will definitely buy again!
