Best order ever

Pathetic product. The blender stopped working in just 10 days but no replacement was provided. Their engineer came for service and said that somebody has put wires wrongly. He got puzzled when I told that it's a new machine and is getting repaired for the first time.. Now within 4 months of purchase, the motor got repaired 4 times and they even charge for the service provided. The behaviour of the engineer was also very rude. If I need to use the mixer multiple times during any get together or festival, the machine stops working even if their is no load.. They completely deny replacement and now I'm fed up of this servicing game.. I lost my trust in this brand and product..

I like it because it is very easy to clean. But otherwise grinding needs to done with the smallest jar. Tall one is only for blending like juice. DO NOT use the press and twist feature, instead switch on and off for every usage, service mechanic advised this.

Good product

Compact and efficient. The jars and blades handle smoothies, chutneys, and masalas with ease. The juicer attachment works well for fresh juices. Easy to clean and doesn’t take much space. A good choice for daily kitchen use.

Hi, onion chopper blender is not working, need help or assistance to repair it

This time it's quality is not good because I use this product from many years. Price s same but product quality is degrad . Very light weight jars and blades. Chopper difficult to close the lid. Let see what happened next while using. Request to Wonderchef please do work to provide good quality product so your old and new customer believe in your company. It just looking wise is good not in quality wise.

Bought it on 28th October.. Used thrice only.. Rubber from the machine got chipped..n now I have to pay for that bcz it dsnt come in warranty. the most annoying thing is that after placing the complain even.. n am ready to pay they are saying we don't have the part so now the machine is just a showpiece too me. So just think b4 buying d product.. After using for the 3 times this is the condition So its not worth the money at all... Highly disappointed... by the product aswell as after sales service... Total waste of money ..plz plz dnt go for it .. its a honest review.. Editing the review .. placed the complain 5 times for the replacement of the damage part ... but each time they say it's not available.. in short the machine is a show piece .. n i had to buy new one frm other brand ..
