Easy Charcuterie Boards: Arrangements, Recipes, and Pairings for Any Occasion

If you're a visual person don’t bother and if you’re not I still wouldn’t recommend. Charcuterie boards are very visual displays of “food art”...this was mostly recipes with only a couple of pages of pictures. You probably could get same information online and print yourself...for the record I don’t normally write poor Amazon reviews or return much but I am doing BOTH today when it comes to this item :-(

I really wanted to like this book. But it has recipes and very very little pictures. If you aren’t a visual person, this book has a lot of good ideas and theme boards. Also has a nice introduction/history lesson and a 2 page glossary in the back.

This would be a good book for people who have a pantry and refrigerator stocked by Martha Stewart. I was misled by the fact that the title is EASY Charcuterie Boards. The ingredients required are high-end. I was also extremely disappointed by the lack of photos. It would have been great to see each featured board in a photograph. This would give the novice, as well as those who are not creative, an example of a well laid out board and may have inspired boards made of ingredients commonly found in the home. Unfortuanately, I bought a second copy and sent it as a gift. Seeing the lack of photos, the recipient of the gift has not taken the time to further study the book.

This book has 90% recepies I expected more on arranging and etc would not recommend

Kinda disappointed, it only has 1 random photo at the beginning of each chapter. No photos of the actual spreads and that's what I was looking forward to. So just know it's recipes of different combinations but no photos of what it looks like.

I got this as a Christmas gift and it was great! The person who received it said it had some really good ideas in it and they were very happy with it.

This book is in black and white and poor quality photos of the boards. Not inspiring at all. I will be returning.

I bought two of these. Already using mine and sure friend will appreciate hers as well.
