Bought to make oven mitts , worked prefect

At first, I was worried that the Insul-Bright wasn't thick enough to do the job for making potholders efficient. I was able to make a few potholders and it worked. It wasn't difficult to quilt the Insul-Bright to the fabric for oven mitts. I plan to make a few of these for Christmas gifts now that we are spending so much time in our homes during this pandemic. The oven mitts looked professional. I feel this is a good quality item.

I used this inside of mats I make for the dining table, and for side tables all over the house. They are nice because you don't have to worry about people putting a hot plate or drink anywhere and messing up the table. They also protect about sweating from ice in glasses. Expensive though.

I take old blue jeans and make quilts but always tossed the pockets. Then I found a pattern for hot pads using blue Jean pockets. This insulation is perfect! My daughter-in-law uses the ones I made for constantly. So yes this is a great product!
