i LOVE these cutting boards! I now have 5. I found them after looking for cutting boards made in the USA. My first one is over 10 years old, still looks great. These are dishwasher safe, you can use your good knives on them, they are very flat so they don't wobble, they are thin so they don't take up too much room and are very light, they are classy and make great platters for hors d'oeuvres. I even use them sometimes to scoop up pizzas from the oven. Throw your other cutting boards away, these are the best there is, period.

I have a few different sizes and I love them all. I have tried many different kinds of cutting boards, but these are my favourite. They don't warp, are easy to clean and have a nice give so they don't dull the knife edges.
