I am going on vacation and have to be very careful in the sun. Plan on wearing it all the time!

I walk about 2 to 3 miles every day, this is ideal for keeping me protected from the sun and keeping me from getting to overheated on summer mornings.

The shirt is lightweight and crisp-looking. I use it as a sun protection coverup on bright, sunny days. The white one goes with just about everything.

First, the positive aspects: This shirt is well-made and fits true to size. It is pretty and soft. It has two usable pockets, and the sleeves can be rolled up and fastened with a button. It would give protection against the sun without adding weight.The biggest disappointment about this shirt is it's impossible to get out the wrinkles--unless you iron it, which I won't do. I bought this as a casual outdoor shirt to layer over a short sleeve or sleeveless top to wear during outdoor activities--spring to fall. It was wrinkled from being vacuum packed when it arrived. However, I chose to wear it, thinking the wrinkles would come out during wear or after being washed. Sadly, I didn't realize the instructions say it needs a low temp iron. I expect outdoor and casual clothing to NOT require ironing. The wrinkles are due to the material used for the shirt. I have seen other shirts with similar looking material that do not wrinkle. Normally, I don't expect my outdoor casual clothes to be totally wrinkle-free, but this is disappointing.Here's a picture of the shirt after hand washing it in cold water and line drying--very wrinkled--with the wrinkles it came in the package with. So I am disappointed. I cannot recommend purchasing this shirt--unless you are willing to iron your outdoor, casual clothing. Or if you are ok with wearing the wrinkles.I seldom write reviews that are less than 4 or 5 stars--this is an exception. The shirt has some positives but the material, in my opinion, doesn't match the intended use. Sorry, since it is pretty and soft.

Bought for a safari and loved wearing it. Great for land and sea! Perfect lightweight protection from sun and windburn.

Love this shirt. I normally wear a medium, but I chose a large so I could wear it over a tank top or tee shirt.It is very lightweight and cool. Appears to be well made and worth the price.The only thing I wish is that the loops on the sleeves were white instead of black but that wouldn't change my decision to buy it.
