Yes, there is more seed than pellets.

Why do you put peanuts in this when conures cannot eat peanuts?

Birds eat what they like. If peanuts are bad for them or don't like them they won't eat them. Out in the wild nobody's putting food in a food dish. I've had Conures and many parrots I've always used the same bird seed. Plus I give them people food such as bacon chips fruit etc. Your bird will be fine.

This has basically the same things in it that is in the parrot food. could i use it for an amazon or african gray?

What type of peanuts,raw or roasted are in this mix ??

I believe they are roasted but do not have the sacks here to Double-check because I put it in bins and mix with Kaytee Fiesta. I am feeding three Amazons and a Blue Crowned Conure and they love it, along with their other fresh food.
