Great for my redo of my 40 year old deck.
Great for my redo of my 40 year old deck. Very sturdy and 4X4 post fit snug. These are $30 plus at box stores

perfect for deck post
I added a deck railing and i got some basic post supports from my hardware store. They were not cutting it there was so much movement in the rail. I looked at these on amazon and bought them and they are a million times better and exactly what i needed. Perfect to keep my rail secure and sturdy.

Quality Bracket, Fits post very well.
Bracket is a quality product, The anchors not so great and do not work very well. I ended up not using them and purchased regular 3/8 concrete anchors. The post screws are fine however there is not enough of them for all the holes. so I ended purchasing some that are close to matching from hardware store. (Note that hardware with this product is metric) I don't use or have or desire metric concrete drill bits. Again bracket looks good and works well. skip the anchors and buy your own. Otherwise they worked great

Great
These are great, way cheaper than the box stores. Yes the hardware is completely useless but that is fine. I recommend!

Good and sturdy
This product is heavy duty. I'm using them to support 4x4's holding up my deck seating on my patio. They are in and nothing is moving. It's making everything sturdy.

Bracket are ok, hardware sucks.
Plan your budget. The bracket is pretty good if you have support or in a corner. Its thinner metal but it holds ok if your not going to high or lots of weight forcing it back and forth. I used one piece at the end of the kennel free stanging against my stucco wall only holding the lach side and the weight of my dogs leaning on the gate bent the metal enough for the 4x4 to lean a little and render the latch unless. The hard ware sucks so dont wast your time with it cause it will cost you more time and headaches having to redrill, tap, and attempt to bolt down the bracket. The stupid bolt bend easily when hammering them down. And the housing is so thin that its hard for the bolt to lock in the hole. Just buy better anchor bolts.
