What size for a 4t turning 5 in October?

Get the 4-7 year old size. That's what I bought both of my 4 yr old grandsons and they fit great.

Are the pictures of paw patrol dogs stickers or sewn on hat ???

When I got this for a gift 1 1/2 years ago, the dogs were on the fabric on the cap, no stickers.
