I had my doubts when I first opened the package but as I started to put it together I started feeling a little better abouit it. I only put one flag on the pole and dropped the top section down primarily because we live in a very windy area and just felt better. Bottom line, it looks good, I get many compliments on it, the light system works well and looks good. Bottom l;ine, so far, after about 3 weeks, I am fully satisfied. Still not really sure about the sturdiness is why I gave that item a 4.

Very well build, stays lite until 4-5 in the morning and really lights up the flag. Would recommend

This is the second time i purchased this product. The first one was purchased about 5 years ago. It is still working very well. The charging unit does a great job on most days. And the rechargeable batteries are of excellent quality. I purchased the second unit and gave it to my daughter's family for their use. SOLAR LIGHTS DON'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS.

This is the second time I've purchased the device. The first was purchased about 3-4 years ago. When it went dim, I ordered replacement batteries, but when I took it down to replace it, I found the solar panels were broken. Hence, the new replacement unit was purchased. I don't know why the solar panels were damaged. Possibly it was due to hail, but the hail we received didn't damage the steel building or any equipment that was outside. Otherwise, no complaints to share about the device...just a bit fragile.

Everything was good. The light is very bright compared to the last one I had. The top cap was too large for my telescoping flagpole, which didn't surprise me, but I don't think the expected diameter was specified. I needed to do some drilling to stabilize and center it. Still that was okay. It on looks fine, is stable, and all is well. Screws were not high quality and I replaced them with Stainless Steel and I am very pleased. Screwing in the pull tie off near the bottom defeats the telescoping ability of bottom section but that was expected,. I very much like being able to raise and lower the flags. I can now easily hang 2, and adjust for 1/2 mast without bother. All is good and I am pleased.

This installed quickly and easily as a replacement for our 35 foot tall flagpole. Bright light and beautiful topper
