The taste is not too bad but is acquired over time. I have been taking for about three weeks although I have not been using this daily. I take it with another extract, Korean White Ginseng Extract. The two are used in asian cultures as a way to reduce weight. I have lost about 3-4 lbs which is a yo yo for me, but I do feel lighter and have more energy. Would recommend for those looking to add some digestive impact to their metabolism.

I bought this to help my 93 yr old mom sleep. It truly works and I really like that is a liquid goes under the tongue so no swallowing of pills. You won't be disappointed in this herbal product. This is my second time ordering it.

Love it! Great little pick me up! I appreciate that I can adjust the dose and that it doesn't interrupt my quasi ability to sleep.

To sum it up ... this doesn't work.Take multi-vitamins instead.
