This product did not work right, the response from little tykes was wonderful. They got back to me right away and resolved the problem. I never hesitate to buy little tykes products,things do happen sometimes but at least you know that the little tykes company will take care of it. Theresa

The media could not be loaded. This is pretty great. It is a little time consuming assembling because the pieces have to really snap good together runs for only 30 seconds and have to push again. It really gets rolling though. Does ok on rugs better on hard floors. Definitely recommend

We had the original Tumble track train and that thing lasted 4 years before finally breaking and it even suffered off the track heavy abuse! I mean, that train rode down the stair banister countless times even!I decided to get the new one since he loved his old one so much and still wanted to play with it. I've been hesitant to because I feel like the next models are always inferior quality, made cheaper.Well. I think I was right. We just opened the box, he played with it for 30 minutes, on the track, and one of the large rear wheels sheered off when the track hit the ground. The way this is packaged, the train is on the outside so I'm curious if the fact that the actual train is exposed for shipping, can cause it to my have weak points right off the bat. The old train was packaged completely inside the box.I also found the track to be way too confusing! No good instructions. You can't tell what the pieces are because they look the same but the colors are different and the "instructions" are just black and white pics of it put together so you have to figure out how on your own. I put together just the simple track and was frustrated by the time I got that one done.I am having Amazon send a replacement just in case this was just a fluke. If this one breaks, I am in just returning it and trying to find the old model on Mercari or eBay since that one may have just been much in higher quality.

The track breaks apart pretty easily and it's kind of a pain to put together. Once it's setup the kids enjoyed it...great for a small living space!

I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but I figured if it didn't work I could return it and I'm glad I got it! The pieces snap together easy and the directions could be clearer, but if you focus on the numbers matching up, it goes together pretty easy! The train is super cute and durable (has survived being dropped several times). It's worth noting that the train only runs for 30 seconds at a time, but honestly my 2 year old loves pressing the button to make it go, so it's a win for me. I was worried about his fingers getting pinched if he was holding it where the train was going, and so far, it's just run into his fingers and stopped. It's also easy to take the train on and off the tracks if your toddler is like mine and wants to play with it separately. The train runs by a small gear underneath, so it won't move when it's off the track.All in all great toy and would recommend!

It's a fun concept. However, the tracks don't stay together nor fit together very well causing the train to either stop or fall off. Fun when it does work.

I got this as a new train for my special needs soon who loves trains. This was a fun toy and he still likes to pull it out and watch it roll. So nice that I don't have to keep putting it together.

It was not too difficult to put together and was entertaining for everyone not just the 4 year old! Love there is multiple ways to do the track.
