Best Purchase Made
I am now 3.5 months into using my Willow pump. I have two under two and my biggest regret is not having this when my son was born. I am exclusively pumping so I can have more free time with both kids and the Willow makes it possible. I wrestle with my son while pumping, take everyone out on a walk, and even cook dinner without having to worry about cords or collection bottles hitting something.I used the Spectra S1 with my son, and while I didn’t need to be plugged into an outlet, I had to carry around a machine, worry about the lines when moving around and I terrible posture whole pumping. I also had to change the modes from expression to suction, change the frequency of pumps, and change the suction. All I have to worry about with the Willow is adjusting the suction, and I rarely take it off of the first level.I produce more milk with each session with the Willow compare to the Spectra and my pumping sessions are shorter. I love being able to put the pumps on and knowing that they will automatically pause after 25 minutes so I am not setting a timer or watching the clock.I have two sets of the reusable containers because I exclusively pump. In the beginning I was not pumping enough each session to warrant using the bags, but now that I am producing more than the bags, the containers make it easy to empty during the session and resume pumping within 1-2 minutes.I also really like the app. I have to pump every 2-4 hours to keep my supply up and the app tells me when I started pumping, the length of my last session, and volume per side.I have recommended the Willow to my pregnant family members and friends because of how amazing it is. It is so nice to be able to sit in a recliner with your legs up to pump instead of hunched over in a chair worrying about your children pulling at the cords on your pump!

Worst thing I’ve ever bough. Money pit.
This product is terrible. I have tried everything ti make them work. They constantly have software issues. I purchased the reusable containers and apparently they have a thirty day shelf life. So on top of the already expensive pumps I bought the reusable containers thinking they would help save money because you have to continue to purchase the bags otherwise. Very specific expensive bags. The reusable containers don't last long and make the pumps throw error codes once they have reach the end of their short life. I have contacted customer service numerous times and they just send me a list of troubleshooting steps that never fix my issues. My pumps have a bug that make the pumps think they are full and continue to try to expel the milk in the suction tunnel. So basically it wont actually express. Even when I pause them it continues to try. It also seems like if you leave them on the charger very long it contributes to the glitchyness. So if you haven’t charged it recently and the containers actually work then it works okay. Thats is probably every fifth time I pump. A typical experience for me: one side seems to work fine. I then spend 10-15 minutes trying to fix the errors the other one is throwing. I reset it 2-4 times to get it to at least function. I test all the different parts until one combination actually works. By this point the other breast is almost done pumping and the first one just started. My glitchy pump tells me I have pumped over 4 ounces in the past two minutes (impossible btw) and I need to empty the pump. So now I undo my bra and reposition the pump. All of this btw, I try to squeeze into my 30 minute lunch break at work. My other side with the glitchy pump doesn’t get the full time to pump and now its time to stop and go back to work. Also, the flip to finish feature is a joke. It never gets all of the milk out of the tunnel and it always spills on my work clothes. So, 10/10 don’t recommend. They might be portable but they aren’t convenient or easy to use. Messy, difficult and expensive. Just get a normal pump. Wearables aren't worth it. This product is a money pit.

Great investment
Best investment! Use at work everyday, I am able to pop them on and go right back to working in my office with no one ever knowing. Makes me feel better too. I dredded using the old fashioned pumps and was miserable everytime I did, these changed everything! I am so much happier and more productive.

Best hands free pump
I personally love the pump and would recommend for moms on the go it’s so nice to be attached to damn wall or have so many tubes around you or having to hold your baby and their legs knocking the milk out your hand or breast. It’s very simple to use the app is helpful with describing the errors which is great. Although the bag quantity and oz on the bag should be more than 48ct and 4oz I have oversupply so it’s helpful when the we can have more options on quantity. And plus i have to keep buying breast bags because I run out too quickly and it’s not something in I can just go to store for I have to order it either from Amazon or the actual willow site or target but it’s not in stores. I did purchase the containers but when pouring it spills because of the cover it has could’ve been built with a pouring spout. I would recommend this product but these slight changes will make it even better.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOMMAS
I never write reviews because I usually don’t ever remember, unless it’s really bad. When I tell you I WISH I would have never bought this pump, I mean it. It is a waste of $500. Within the month I’ve had it, it has given me so many issues. This is my take on it as a full time, working, breastfeeding/pumping mom.The accuracy of the sensor that “measures” how much milk you pump in a session is completely inaccurate and it will tell you the pump is full after only pumping 1 oz. (it’s supposed to hold 4.5oz)The pumps shut off randomly and it takes a lot of messing with it to get it to come back on.As far as “mobility” that’s a joke, I cannot move around and continue to do the tasks I need to due to the pumps sliding out of position, which makes the pumps stop or you just don’t get any milk out.Not to mention, the amount of milk I wasted when I first got it when I was I trying to figure out the best way to pour from the plastic containers (that are an EXTRA $$40) is frustrating.I didn’t expect SO many issues within the first month of owning it and I if I could go back and stop myself from purchasing it, I would. Please mommas don’t waste your money with a pump that sounds fancy, looks fancy, but is not worth the money. Don’t recommend.
