The media could not be loaded. Let me start with customer service. I called customer care of this device before purchasing and asked for claim of warranty and they were so polite and professional. Then I purchased this and got this delivered. Got one thermal roll in this packet. Used same for billing, printing pics amd many more. Then went market and bought another rolls of 2 inches and printed on them. Both of them worked fine in this printer. Good battery life, high quality of printing, less printing time, bluetooth connectivity and value for money.Go for ut

Too much bad quality no clarity of print never connects properly with Bluetooth

i will surely recommend but if u want to use this with windows pc then u have to gain some knowledge about connectivity. this printer does not operate via usb c cable to pc. it only supports bluetooth so ur pc must have bluetooth connection. here is a short instruction on how to do it:>install driver properly and select ur windows>u have to check which port is using for communication>then select that port and proceedalso note, this product works smoothly for both pc and mobile at the same time

I ordered this printer for testing purpose. I have developed a POS software and wanted to test the receipt print. Initially the printer that I received was not working properly but then I requested for a replacement and the one that I received today works best with all the platforms. I tested with android mobile, iPhone in Bluetooth mode and also tested with USB cable on my windows desktop. I got excellent output from all these devices. Best product in the given price range and budget. Thanks a lot!

Printer does its job fine, but the build quality is so poor that even a drop will cause it to stop working. I accidentally dropped the printer once and the print paper cover damaged and the roller misplaced. I contacted the customer care to order a replacement of the parts and I payed rs 300 for two rollers. The delivery didn't reach me for some reason. I needed the printer every day so I ordered the same thing again and again paid rs 300 (total 600), but there is no reply after that from the seller and I lost the printer price and the roller price. Printer is very easy to configure and get it working youtube videos help with setup - their phone support is awesomeprint quality and speed is also good and it works from both android devices and windows laptop without issues - overall very satisfied

First received a defective product which was not charging at all. Then I got a replacement , a used product which was working only when connect to power source. The battery was defective. After putting for charging for almost 6 hours, it showed the battery was 100% charged, but when I tried to on the printer next day, it was not getting on. Only after connecting to the power source it started. I have returned back the product and would not recommended this product to anyone. I am sure all products are second hand and defective.
