Spells for Change: A Guide for Modern Witches

This book is a thorough guide to refresh those already practicing, or to guide beginners in their craft. Frankie also adds a social justice aspect to their book that I have personally not seen before. Much needed information about our practice and how it effects others and the environment.

I have got to say, I love a lot about this book. It is accessible, insightful and full of awesome information! There are whole sections explaining what the basics are in great detail, she sites from other sources other than herself, and she talks about cultural appropriation in a productive manner. If you’re looking for something that will spark your magickal fire, this is it!

I follow Frankie on YouTube and Instagram and found this book to be just like their delivery - well written and easy to follow. I am learning so much! I appreciate their candor about protected practices and being on stolen land. The spells are easy to learn as well. I am not a great writer so I will just say you will not be disappointed! Fantastic addition to my library.

I use this for reference and inspiration

This book has so much information and gives out lots of tips on how and where start when ready for expanding your practice. I’ve never tabbed a book but I have so many in this book to make it easier to find the things I want to grow on!!

Of course, I’m a fan of the author from their YouTube channel and TikTok so this book was definitely on my must-have’s list. I was pleasantly surprised by how well put-together this book was due to how the author’s random info bits about witchcraft are presented in such a short format on their social media platforms. I would definitely recommend to those who are interested in beginner witchcraft and societal issues within the practice. I hope to see this author produce a more advanced witchcraft book in the future on specific topics relating to their personal practice.

Frankie did an amazing job with this book. They covered many aspects of the craft. I would consider this one of the best “beginner/intermediate” witch books I’ve read thus far. I’m excited to pass it on to others.

It's an introdutory guide for sure, but it's so well done that is a great read. It goes over some basics and also the personal practice of the author, that gives a more realistic aproach to witchcraft. Love it <3

I like her youtube chanel thats the reason I bought it. She made me aware that you need to protect yourself every time you try magick.Thats why I has hoping to find more stuff about protection and less about crystal correspondances

Conosco l'autrice da un bel po' e il libro è totalmente alla sua altezza, il primo libro pensato interamente per principianti che però non è influenzato da culti e religioni. Semplice, scorrevole, chiaro e perfetto.

I recently found Frankie's page etc and bought their book the other day. I find it hard to read for a long time, but I've read this in two days which is practically unheard of from me!Although I've been practicing for a couple years now I still really enjoyed the book, it's beautifully written and I loved to read their perspective on certain things; including trying out new ways to do the 'basics'.Frankie covers a good array of topics and explores them enough so as to not feel as if it was 'droning on' but you are also getting a good amount of knowledge at the same time.Thank you for the read! I hope to see another one from you in the future!
