I am becoming a big fan of Happy Belly products. My introduction started with their offering of Hollandaise sauce mix which tastes just like the spread on my favorite Eggs Benedict meal at Court of Two Sisters in the French Quarter in New Orleans. The Cashews are tasty with just the right amount of salt coating and are large plump nuts with relatively few broken pieces. I eat them for breakfast with my strawberries and blueberries covered with Greek yogurt. Concerned about the weight in each bag, I placed them on a kitchen food scale and discovered that each one weighed in at over 1lb and 1 ounce which was better than I expected.

These are really good. I'll get them again. I filled two large mason jars plus a smaller jar, about the size of a Progresso soup can. It's a pretty big bag, just trying to keep them fresh. These will last me a couple months. I'm trying to keep my snacks somewhere in the realm of "healthy". Nuts, fruit, cheese. For the price, it's hard to beat. There's some broken ones of course, but they're mostly whole.

As I got to the nuts area I looked at the price they were gouging for the cashews and knew I’d either have to take out a loan or forgo them. Being on a fixed income I did the latter. Upon returning home I decided to look for them here and found this reasonably priced pound of them. I was hoping they would be tasty, but because of the price was skeptical. Upon opening the bag and tasting them I was amazed at the flavor and sweetness. An excellent buy that I’ll be purchasing again very soon. I very much recommend these.

Have puchased other Happy Belly products and were satisfied. Taste of nuts is fine, but they are not fancy whole cashews-way too many cashew pieces in the bag. Its not a deal breaker to be sure, but generally nut pieces are less expensive than fancy whole nuts.
