I was using it for last 1 year and the product is awesome, it does it job and very helpful at making dough.But couple of days back suddenly it got cracked, I have submitted the details to Agaro customer service as it comes under warranty period.I will keep updating the review comments based in the service response from Agaro.Update on Date 17th Apr 2025I would like to appreciate Agaro for seamless warranty support. Satisfied with product. I give one star less due to the fact that fitting and removing the Jar is not so easy. Rest is all good.

Best household appliance for regular use with no efforts required.smooth batter

It's a good product, but it is a consumer model, which means that it is meant more for use in a household kitchen than a commercial kitchen. If you are making food for the family, e.g. rotis everyday, it is perfect. If you are running a catering/business and need 1kg batches of atta every hour, it will wear out much quicker (as other reviewers seem to suggest they may have bought it for commercial usage). The model is limited to 1kg total ingredient weight, but better is to limit total ingredient weight to maximum 750g, e.g. 425g atta maximum (rest 325g water). Typical atta for rotis is done is less than 3-4 minutes: 1 minute at speed 1 for mixing with water, and then 2-4 minutes on speed 2 for the kneading and smoothening of the atta. The atta at the end is smooth enough to just pull out by hand. It works well this way, and is quite sturdy, especially with the vacuum pads at the bottom to stick to the kitchen surface. It is fairly easy to assemble/disassemble and clean. My suggestion is to take the mixing bowl and add atta to it first and then secure it on the base, and then attach the dough hook. If you attach the hook first, then it is a bit complicated to manouever in the bowl (but still possible). Water can be then added during the first minute of mixing little by little at achieve the desired atta consistency. Also, it does knock around a little bit when the atta is spinning, because it is a light model, but this can be solved by keeping your hand on top of the mixer to stabilize it (which may not even be necessary because the vibration is not that much). On a day-to-day basis, this product is very useful in saving time/energy in making atta for rotis.
