A very nice copy that works well
This is a copy of a more expensive sax holder. It's not made as well, but it works quite well, and the price is very attractive. I've used it for one season and it held up well supporting an alto. I had to shorten the string a small amount by tying some extra knots at the ends of it, as it was too long for my alto. It's nice that the design allows for this adjustment. The belly support isn't nearly as uncomfortable as I had expected. That you can turn it 90° is a boon too.I read in other reviews that the locking mechanism is fragile so I've been extra careful with it, to ensure that it will last longer, and so far that strategy is working out well.It is much more comfortable than other strap types, but it would be nice if the "hooks" were a little bit wider to disperse the force a little bit more. For players with long hair this design can easily catch your hair when taking it off, and that's an extra nuisance.Overall though a good purchase.

Sax strap for those with a sensitive neck.
Thsi is great if your SAXOPHONE STRAP digs into your neck. This just hooks over your shoulders. However, they break easily, and the arms can slide out while you're playing, so I put a hair band around the end of the arms behind my shoulders.

Great alternative to a neck strap
Work wonders for holding the sax! If you can’t wear a neck strap because of a neck injury, this sets on your shoulders distributing the weight.

Do not buy this for a Bari sax! Falls Apart. Not Durable!
I have to update my review because yesterday, my harness had what I'd call catastrophic failure! yesterday. I was lucky I was partially holding only my bari so was able to keep it from hitting the cement!. The plastic snaped completely in half, I"m sure due to the weight and the fact that I had glued the plastic pins in place which previously had popped loose and dropped my sax. I can no longer recommend this for anyone, but especially not for Bari players. I ordered the original JAZZLAB model and hope that one will hold up better. After some use the rubber shoulder cushions work their way off and have to be pushed back on the metal shoulder pieces. Also if the arms are swiveled the right way with too much force it pops out the plastic pin that holds the arm on. This happened once to me while I had my sax on the harness and I almost dropped it on the pavement! I used a bit of superglue on both pins and that part at least seemed to be holding up well. It is better for my posture than the traditional harness I replaced.

Compact
A bit uncomfortable but very compact. I play Bari sax which is pretty heavy, so results may vary from someone else with a lighter instrument. The part that holds mount hook sets on my stomach pretty heavy.
