I absolutely like this product. Perfect formula to help prevent diverticulitis. After much research I found a probiotic that the diverticulitis community recommended, but or was from England & not available in the US. I copied the formula & found an almost perfect match with this product & it has been a life saver! I did have a glitch with Amazon’s Prime delivery not being able to get it for over a week or so. I now order it a month in advance.

It used to work fine. But i realized that the other ingredients on here are not accurate. It stops at acacia gum, but the bottle i have at home has maltodextrin, silicon dioxide etc. So i think amazon needs to update their stuff. Also, it says on here in the questions that refrigeration is not needed. But my bottle says refrigeration recommended. So I think that needs to be corrected.

My cousin introduced me to these supplements after finding out I've been having irregular bowel movements. After taking them for few days I have noticed that my gut issues went away! I also feel great! I have not felt like this in a long time! The fact that these supplements are all natural is simply an icing onthe cake. I've been taking these only a couple of weeks, but so far it's the only probiotic that hasn't upset my stomach, so that's a win. I'm not sure how to tell if a probiotic is working or not, but this seems to be of solid quality and I will be purchasing this one again when I run out.

It’s very important to take probiotics to maintain good bacteria even if you have no issues so you don’t get to the stage that I did. So happy to have tried this probiotic!

I've been regularly taking a probiotic for several months now. I have been trying different brands to try to find the one that works best for me. This one by far was the worst one I've tried. With the other brands I tried I found relief from my bloating and constipation. Not the case with this one. I am as bloated and constipated as I was before I started probiotics. It is almost like I am taking nothing at all. I would not recommend this supplement to anyone.
