Q: After washing and reassembling i’m only getting air through the straw. i watched the instructional video and i’m doing what it says. what’s the trick?

You have to make sure the top part is the straw is all the way thru, there should be a little "pop" sound. (I have to grab it with my teeth and pull to make the pop sound😬) Hope this helps!
