Have moved over from my earlier brand of Omega 3 fish oil capsules to Carbamide Forte brand. Have been consuming one pill a day after breakfast for the last six months on the advice of my medical practitioner to bring down my cholesterol levels to threshold values. Honestly there has being no change in the cholesterol levels. So not very sure about the efficacy of Omega 3 fish oil capsules. The only visible difference is that there are no fishy burps on consuming these capsules. Go for it if available at a deal, but like I mentioned swallow the advertised health benefits with a pinch of salt.
