I can't believe I don't see more of these around. I find it super helpful for work holding. It only works if you have work bench with lots of dog holes, it only has a 5 inch screw. But I use mine all the time. Contemplating getting a second one to clamp in 2 directions. It seems indestructible

The pair of these are very helpful for workholding on my workbench.You don't always have a hole where you need it, and these have bridged the gap for me.Sort of a pain cranking them, since you only get a half turn with the bench itself in the way, but I don't see a better solution for adjustment. Get it pretty close before you slip it in the dog hole, and you don't have to fight it much.

Love these. I work on a lot of irregularly shaped pieces and these help keep them stationary. They fit perfectly on my Pegasus 32 inch work table. I purchased 2 so far so good..might be coming back for more soon.

I was going to make one similar but the materials would have cost as much or more, so thought I'd give this a try. No complaints. Turns smoothly. If you complain "it doesn't have a ratcheting handle" just whip out your wallet and spend the extra for a ratchet models and quit whining.Good tool.

Easy to use, a bit loose in the hole so it doesn't bind up--as the picture shows, the end block swivels to accommodate items that aren't square.

This tool allows me to work away from the shop and build my work surface as I need it.

I so much wanted to like this unfortunately it broke in less than a week. I thinking of finding a way to put some kind of metal where the cast iron enters the hole. That is where the weak link is.

Lower price than the well-known version - which I haven’t used - works as expected.
