I love making Hungarian Goulash. I make mine spicy, rather than sweet. This Hot Hungarian Paprika has a great flavor and a little more punch than the stuff I used to buy, and I like that!

It took me forever to find the right paprikas for an authentic Hungarian Goulash spice mix. I needed to blend sweet paprika with mild, smokey and hot. This was the hot paprika. it has an amazing taste, and is quite hot, but deeply flavorful. Great buy!
