I ordered the heaviest one 180 cm and satisfied. I am only a beginner and happy with the filled punch bag and hooks delivered. At first I felt it too long and 160 cm would have been enough, return was at our own expense and decided to keep it. The media could not be loaded. Loved the bag, in budget, heavy enough, not too stiff but still can bruise a shin after kicking it harder for a little longer. Great for striking. Material seems durable. Great for shin conditioning, 180cm is more suitable for MMA and Kickboxing but if you are training just for Boxing then go for the 3 feet bag 90-100cm, it won't be this heavy other wise look for rain drop heavy bag. Chains provided are strong, the opening of the main hook wasn't big enough to fit in the ceiling rod so had to grind it and cut it out a little to increase the opening of the main hook. Overall product I loved it, exceeded my expectations a little, it was delivered 10 days late by FedEx but it still arrived on my Birthday and Made my day. I loved it. 🎉 💯🥊🥋🎊
