Dragon's blood contains a broad range of naturally-occurring compounds, many of which have been well studied. Q: Does it sting when you apply it to your hands?

No, it's never stung for me, even with cuts on my hands. It feels like a clay based mixture, which doesn't sound pleasant but it's great, it's my favorite post-climb thing to apply. It moisturizes without feeling oily, just give it a minute to dry. I haven't noticed any chemicals in it that sting.

One of the ingredients in Climbskin is Croton Lechleri resin extract. Dragon's Blood is a resin extract that comes from numerous plants, to include Croton Lechleri. So yes, it has Dragon's Blood. It just isn't listed as that.
