Barbra Lingerie Women's High-Waist Light Tummy Control Girdle Panties

I was going to wait and write a review after I had worn the panties for a full day but I'm just so excited. I used to wear a 3X or 4X underwear in my favorite brand but they stopped making the larger sizes several years ago. I was devastated as I have worn only this brand for 20 or 30 years. I tried some other brands with the same design but I could never get them past my knees. I was using different underwear but the crotch was not large enough and they barely came up to my belly button. When I tried on this brand I was amazed at how wonderfully they fit. I did pick the 5X because I was concerned after having other brands fall so short. They are so amazing that I had to write this review immediately. They are more than wide enough in the crotch, the leg is a perfect size. Not too small and not too large. The underwear comes up over my belly button to my natural waist. And if anything might actually go a little bit higher. So I feel more than comfortable bending over and stretching and knowing they are not going to slip or roll down. They appear to be extremely well made. I will probably be ordering a couple more packs before the end of the day.

Wow, really impressed with these. I was 50/50 on whether I’d have to return them or not, given that the reviews were all over the map. Many people said the sizing was way off, but I ordered my usual size, and they fit perfectly! A lot of people also said they don’t offer much compression/control, but I am actually really impressed with how they hold me in and smooth things out. Honestly these are a minor miracle for me, because they’re giving me the same amount of control as other more intense foundation garments I’ve tried, only these are WAY more comfortable. I actually feel like I could wear these on a daily basis and not just suffer through them for a special occasion. They also solve a particular issue I’ve had with foundation garments, which is that my problem area is very very low on my stomach. I’ve had a pregnancy with a very large baby and a c-section, so my lower stomach, down by my pubic bone, is very loose and floppy and makes an unsightly roll when I wear pants with a shirt tucked in, or a tight fitting dress/skirt. Many garments I’ve tried don’t have compression all the way down that low, so I end up with extreme compression up at my natural waist where I don’t need it, and none/not enough down low where I do. These are perfect in that the compression goes all the way down. I also was worried they’d be too tight around my thighs, but they’re not. They’re very comfortable. They are well sewn and the fabric is substantial and smooth. My only complaint is I wish I could buy a six pack of just black. The other colors are a little grandmotherly for me when combined with the silhouette of these things. Other than that minor gripe, A++++ item!!

They are comfortable, however, the blanket panties have a dye that comes off in your skin and clothes. My toilet seat is stained because of the dye that was on my bottom.🫣. Also stained my clothes turned them blue.

I wear a 3X and was excited to get these. The pro's are the ones that fit are good and definitely help hold the belly in. The colors are very nice. The con's are so far there are two in the pack that should be labeled a size XL. They are not close to being plus size. Again fabric is shiny, the detail is great, nylon with a polyester crotch. The 3X true to size fits and works well. Since i have only managed to wear 1 out of 3 right now due to sizing I have put 3 stars.

They're really good... so good that they're almost too tight—thankfully I managed to get them on. For a moment, I thought I’d need a bigger size because the fabric is so firm that it’s a bit of a struggle to pull them up, but yeah… they went up. | Now, whether they’re comfortable enough to wear all day… I’m still not sure. I got them in 5X because that’s what the size chart recommended, but if there were a bigger size, I’d get it just to see if it’s easier to pull them on—though I risk them not fitting snugly, which would defeat the purpose I bought them for. | I do feel like they’re much higher than I expected or was looking for, though I think I can manage. I thought they would hit right above the belly button, but they actually go right under my bra… maybe because I’m 5'5 and have a short torso. | Be careful with the sizing—don’t take any chances. Take your measurements. You have two options: either buy the size the chart recommends, or go one size up. But NEVER go a size down from what the chart suggests, because they definitely won’t fit.

Absolutely love these underwear. I’m so happy with they. They are comfortable, not pinchy and hold me in place while exercising. I’m ordering more!!!
