Great and big. No issues with zipper.
My daughter and I love this! The colors are great. It has many compartments/pockets which makes it a great backpack. It's a big backpack, can fit jacket too along laptop, and notebooks. Very spacious. My daughter goes to 2nd grade and she has never had issues with the zipper, but I can see how it could get stuck. But we havent have an issue with it. I think it's great!
