Updated for my third order: Sadly, this most recent one is grainy and the texture is off, almost like a cheaper product. Doesn't blend as well and feels odd when applying. For the price, there are cheaper alternatives if this is their new direction. Would have returned, but still had previous product left and by the time I opened this one, it was too late to return.I've bought a lot of beard balms. I don't know if there is any magic mojo in the Beard Bolt XL that helps grow a fuller beard. Probably not. I will say that I've tried this and their beard growth vitamins (mostly Vitamin B complex) and, while I have no scientific proof, I'm sporting the fullest, most respectable beard of my life. YMMV.With that said, this is a very nice, subtle smelling beard balm that stays pliable in the container without being runny or overly oily. A little goes a long way and it applies easily, keeping the fly-away beard hair in check. It's also the only beard balm I own where my better half actually asked what I was wearing, as she really liked the scent. Again, YMMV.My only gripe is the price. At $50 a tin tub, it's quite pricey.

II really enjoyed using the Beard Bolt XL - easy to apply, soft and smells nice. And did seem some additional beard growth or at the least, faster beard growth with it, but it was in small increments. BUT...... I will say that once I used it with the Beard Grow XL supplements, that is where I really saw the difference and saw the noticeable, positive growth differences with my beard. Would've posted a before /after pics, but I shaved it for the summer as I usually do because it makes my face too hot.

I purchased the Beard Bolt XL product for my boyfriends, who wanted to grow in his somewhat patchy facial hair. I didn't quite know what to expect since I'd never heard of a 'beard balm'. When the package arrived, it was much smaller than I anticipated. It came in a small can similar to shoe police or a large container of lip balm. I wondered how long this product would last, but found that a little goes a long way and I anticipate he will be able to use this for months even with daily use.The high quality essential oils make up a consistency that is similar to the aforementioned lip balms. My boyfriends puts a dime sized amount is his palms and rubs his hands together before massaging into his beard and skin under and around his beard. He says that it makes his skin feel fantastic and removes any of the itch he used to experience from growing a beard. This also makes his beard incredibly soft and tames any wild hairs that may be sticking out. The smell is extremely light and barely detectable, so the guys out there don't need to worry that they will smell like a girl when using this product.After a few days of use, my boyfriend felt that his beard was filling in a bit better. I think this is due to the increased moisture in his skin as there does not appear to be any stimulants in this product that would cause hair to grow faster. This is great news for those guys who want to use natural, high-quality products.Overall, I think this is a great product that guys can use on any type of facial hair. I've been tempted to use it on my own hair to see if it has benefits there as well, but my boyfriend won't let me borrow it! I recommend this for guys out there who want softer, fuller beards and reduced itchiness. If you're willing to invest a little in your appearance, you'll be happy with this product.Thoug

I wanted to ensure that this product was used regularly by my husband before I posted a review. First off, this product smells absolutely awesome! It's not a super strong masculine scent, but that is what I like about it when I go to cuddle my hubby. It is also not so overpowering that my husband cannot stand to use the product. After all, it is for your beard. The consistency of the cream is very smooth, no lumps and bumps and granules like you would get if you would use straight coconut oil. However, like coconut oil, it does melt and dissolve very quickly with just the heat of your fingertips. Therefore, you need to work quickly with this product. The reason why I am only giving 3 stars is because I do not see a noticeable difference in the either beard length, or fullness in my husband. Does it moisturize and keep facial hair healthy, shiny, and luscious? Why yes, but as far as growth stimulating, not so much.

Without a doubt, this product is worth the money. My boyfriend has been a Delta Genesis customer for a while and he has had really amazing results with these products. I recently bought him the Beard Grow XL and the Beard Bolt XL as a gift. He was thrilled to receive the surprise and could not be any happier to start using them again. Scent is weird but not awful. This just comes off as straight grease when applied. After some time it dries and doesn’t seem to make a difference. I basically buy myself a few hours of oily beard after application. I also find, at least for me, there is no real hold so I still need something else to shape.
