If you are a professional in construction management, or involved in a project, do yourself a favor and read this.

So far I’m 180 pages in and all they have done is bash on cpm and talk about how good Takt is without putting it into any actionable text. Still crossing my fingers that the book will get better. With that said the book itself is garbage and falling apart. For a book that preaches planning that produces a quality product I find it ironic that the quality of the book is poor beyond words.

Pages of the book are falling out and the print on many pages are not lined up squarely on the page

Received the book in good condition. Very educative read for Lean construction enthusiasts
