Flimsy not much good

I am pleased with the jump rings themselves. My only slight concern is about the sturdiness of the lagrest ring; the others are a bit stronger because theyre smaller. I'm using them for earrings (costume jewellry), so i think they'll be fine.I will need to transfer them to a different box though. There seems to be an issue with the fastenings ont he compartments. As far as i can tell, it is too tight a grip on the edge, and very difficult to release (you have to pull it out a bit an lift up). The plastic has snapped of at least 2 of the edges of at least 2 of the compartments after i tried to release the lids (see attached pic). I already have storage i can use so i'm not too put out by it.

I received the box broken and only one piece from that compartment. The package is not damaged and the other product from the package is in good condition. They look good and strong. 1 star minus for missing pieces and don't have time to send them back.
