StarbucksPike Place Roast Freshpack for Flavia Brewers, 1 Rail of 20

Received only 19 out of the 20 packets.

My office doesn't have Starbucks for our Flavia Brewers, tried these out and gave some to some friends, all say they are great and stronger than kcups, def a hit @ our office. Mine does have the rail (which I don't use) . Mine was excellent, zero issues and great flavor

Ordered one Rail of 20 packets, but received 1 packet with no rail. What happened to the other 19 packets as advertised? That said, Good coffee. However, won't be ordering again if I'm paying for 20 packets and only get 1 packet of coffee.
