The Itsy Bitsy Pilgrim

I wanted to love this. I get that the subject matter was probably a little difficult to work with, but it just doesn't flow as well as the itsy bitsy spider, or pumpkin.I will say the illustrator for this series has done a wonderful job on all 3 of the books we have. I would give more of these books a try because they're cute and give your kids just a tiny introduction to holiday concepts.

The class loved the story

My kids love these books! Each book goes to the tune of "Itsy Bitsy Spider" and they all have such a sweet message. This one also is a nice way to introduce them to the story of the first Thanksgiving! Illustrations are sweet and such a nice rhythmic, rhyming flow. A great addition to our collection of the itsy bitsy books. The one downfall about this one compared to others is the rhymes don’t really flow. The pictures are cute and what they’re saying is great, but I do wish it flowed better. The pages are thick so it’s hard for little ones to bed them and easy for them to turn the pages.

The rhyming in this book isn’t as good as the other “ itsy bitsy”books. Sorry I bought it.

I think officially we own now, 6 of these Itsy Bitsy books. Every night now our Little one wants these to All be sung/read to him. He gets so excited...

This little book is great for young children, the illustrations are perfect. It can be read to the familiar itsy bitsy spider tune. We loved it!!!

My son adores the song the itsy bitsy spider, so I knew I had to get this for him for Thanksgiving. We've read it a few times already and he loves the rhyming, colorful images, and can easily help turn the pages since they are so thick. Can't wait to order all of the other seasonal variations of this!

It's cute but the song doesn't flow as well as the other books in this series. But my toddler still enjoys the read.
