Easy to set up

Purchased as a quick way to increase followers on Social Media at trade shows. Unfortunately, the QR Code and NFC open Facebook through an internet browser, NOT the app that everyone is logged into. To get the Like and Follow, the person that taps their phone will need to log into Facebook on their browser for this to be effective. Not a practical product.

The Setup is easy, but what was unclear: It is finally a Link for the Browser to open the Google Review Page or the Facebook Fan Page. The Problem is that the Customer cannot make a Review or Like the Fan Page as he has to look in first. On Mobile Phones, use the Google Maps App or the Facebook App. They are not logged in to Google or Facebook via Browser. Meaning that the User may first have to Login and confirm his Login on another Device or enter the SMS Code before the User can even continue. As a result I expect the Conversation Rate very low. It would be better to send the User to a Page, where with Javascript the Google Maps App or Facebook App will be opened with the correct page. That would have a much larger conversation rate. But the Customer Care is great, they really take care on the problems and are pro-active. That is the reason why I raised the stars to 4 Stars - I have no doubt, they will work on the issue and will improve their product over time.

Super easy to set up with included instructions & great product for small businesses like mine to be able to add a small sticker that I can point to get out customers to our page!

The clear plastic topper which protects the colored writing peeled off within a month. I have another one from another company and it's doing fine 6 months later.

This sticker is small but works perfectly for my food truck. I did have to reach out to customer service to get it activated because the instructions are not complete. Customer service responded within 24 hours and activated my QR code for me with an email follow up. I’m very pleased with this product.
