My 4 year old son loves this toy

This item is terrible. It doesn’t come close to the creepy crawler oven I had in the 90s. It just seems like a slime toy which keeps shape but is still sticky. The latches on the mold holder wouldn’t close even from the first use. It took more than 3 mini bugs to fill the mold as not all the slime would go into the mold from the rubber container. No instructions on how long your supposed to wait before they solidify. After it solidifies, the toy is still sticky and not rubbery like the old version. I would recommend they go back to the goop which cooked into a soft plastic bug. It also allowed for customization with color choices. Little kids can’t use this without an adult, slime ends up on everything. I was able to use the old one myself when I was around 7, and was able to speed up cooling by putting the metal molds in water. Water dissolves this slime toy.Maybe they were going for something that makes a more realistically shaped bug but the metal molds were one side was flat were better.

Gave this as a gift for my 8 year old grandson. He really enjoys making the bugs. Good gift for a Christmas present.

Firstly, I have to say that my kids really enjoyed playing with this. If the product itself were a bit more sturdy, I would have given it a full 5 stars. As is, the first time the kids used it the little catches on the piece that holds the mold together promptly broke off with a very small amount of pressure. The toy is NOT designed to last which is very disappointing.

My son absolutely loves making creepy crawlers, only comes with 2 slime things to make crawlers and they don’t sell separately

I hope my grandson loves it :)

Flimsy product that is literally just a “squeeze button” to insert one standard color of goo into a mold in a very messy way. Not at all like the original creepy crawlers. Don’t waste your time!
