I don’t think so. My son is also 10 yrs old, 67lbs and 4’6. He wears the 10/12 comfortably.

It should, My eight-year-old wore it for Halloween last year and it was a little big on him. But he’s on the smaller side

Q: Can the kids see out of this ok?

Yes, absolutely they can. The mesh eye webbing is pretty decent. My son wears glasses and with this particular mask he can keep them on which is very rare with most costume masks.
