Pros: it’s pretty sturdy and it fits great!Cons: it did arrive a day late, it said that it was I think 63inches in the description but as the box that I received clearly states, it’s only 52 inches. Again, it fits me exactly where and how it’s supposed to, but if you need bigger than 52 inches beware!I’m really excited to try it for a while, hopefully it works well!

I like the concept and for the short time I was able to use it I noticed some physical changes. However, after only about 5 uses one of the fly wheels that helps the weight move around the hoop (there are 4) came off and could not be put back on. This interfered with the weight moving around the hoop smoothly. Amazon needs to do better at quality control.

Overall, I like it. It is a bit louder than I was anticipating, but it is basically just some metal wheels rolling around inside of some plastic segments so I should have expected it. If you have roommates that get annoyed easily, use this when you're home alone.

Watch the size when purchasing it’s nice but I need more links can’t use

The plastic is very hard and looks pretty easy to break. The "weighted" ball is not weighted at all. It's just a piece of plastic. Junk.

Not a good purchase. Hard to adjust and not easy to get going

It's noisy but I could definitely feel the difference. And you can add more weight to the ball which is great. The 30 min flew by ! I put my headphones in and get to work ! I can't wait to see the difference ! I heard nothing but good about it !

Idk what these reviews are talking about this actually works really good. Makes you sweat a lot! Great work out from home I would suggest doing it an hour a day 30 minutes in the morning 30 minutes at night. Yes it’s loud but it works! That’s the point right? For the people saying they couldn’t get it to work it’s because you stopped trying!!!!! Once you start something u have to finish. Move your hips and sway side to side with your legs helps keeps it going I had no problems at all. Really fun. Just wish the weight weighed more
