I love this....no pain, minor gas, but all in all really got the ball moving!!! I would suggest this to anyone who wants a boost in energy and losing weight and cleaning out the old :)

Product did not work. Noticed no difference after using it as instructed. Same amount of bm's a day same timing this really had no affect for me.

Save your money, this doesn't work
This did not work at all. Save your money and buy some prune juice. Complete waste of money and 100% ineffective. A box of traditional medicinals Smooth Move tea, a tablespoon of Chia seeds, Benefiber or prune juice would have had 100% better results. Don't waste your time or money!

Waste of money
On day 6, religiously taking pills and still waiting for this cleanse to work. I'm a runner and eat very clean foods so I'm wondering if I just have nothing to detoxify.
