Excellent quality. Similar to lil tikes. Has a carry handle. My 2 year old grandson played with this in a kiddie pool and the bathtub. Would be fun at the beach or sandbox. It is larger than I expected. Great price.

This thing is adorable and super cool. It’s durable yet functional just like all Melissa and Doug products tend to be. It is rather bulky so it takes up some room in the wagon trek to the beach but the biggest thing was that it was the least played with of all the beach toys. It’s also the priciest. I have kept it for the sand box because it’s so neat but again, they rarely play with it.

The media could not be loaded. We have had many of this style beach toy. But this one is so well made. It doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. We are so excited to use it on our trips.

Our 2 and 3 year old boys had fun playing with it but it doesn't work exactly as described. Sand gets stuck in the top and doesn't flow through as easily. The bottom does not turn as shown either. Might work better with water or very dry sand.

The Sand Tot is made well. Haven’t tried it yet.
