Bantam The Fragrant Heavens

A wonderful book, beautifully written and full of fascinating facts about fragrance and essential oils and their connection to the spiritual realm. This is my third book by Worwood, I would highly recommend this author I just wish I’d discovered her sooner!

I love this book! So informative, it's not only about aromatherapy but touches on related subjects and goes into depth about the origins and the mystical, spirituality of plants, flowers and the power of nature. A joy to read and to dip into. I think it might even be my 'other desert island' book.

This is an incredibly wonderful book. It's written with humility and great knowledge by a woman who clearly loves her subject. I'm a complete novice at aromatherapy, taking it up for myself only a few weeks ago with a view to maybe making blends for friends and family as gifts and Valerie's book has made it all the more enjoyable, indeed it inspires me more. If I could choose only one book about aromas and therapy, I would not hesitate to choose this. A blessing in paperback.

Apart from using this as a text book for various things I need to look up for each oil. It is also a very interesting read. I have quite a collection of all the authors books now and find them invaluable for the use of essential oils.

I had this book years ago when i 1st trained. Unfortunately i lost all my possessions in an unfortunate manneri was so happy to see this range available again. So i bought them!.
