I have tried a number of these cases with the built in steel plate (to use with a magnetic phone mount for the car) and a ring on the back to help hold on to the phone. I started with one with the round ring that can rotate all the way around. While I liked it, I found it had a couple of flaws: 1) the ring was hard to pull up from it's flat position and 2) the phone would not stand on the ring unless the angle was 90 degrees to the tilt of the phone.The ring was recessed into a groove where you had to use a fingernail at just the right spot to pull it up. It was nearly impossible to do without turning the phone around and looking at it. That's not ideal. And the second part is a little more complicated to explain. If you like to have the ring out and it's oriented perfectly North/South or East/West, then the phone will sit on an angle no problem. It stays propped up and steady. But if you're like me and have the ring at a Northeast/Southwest orientation, then the phone keeps falling over because it's trying to sit on a round ring but not in the right spot so it's pretty unstable.With this case, the ring is square with mitered corners so the phone has a lot of flat spots to perch on when it's sitting at an angle. And the ring is so easy to pull up without looking. There's no groove it sits in and gets in the way of your finger prying it up. So this case fixed both of those major issues.BUT, there is one flaw...and it's the same thing that makes it a positive...the ring. It feels like over time, the ring is going to lose it's "friction" fit and become floppy and loose on the back of the phone. It's not really a big negative now, but time will tell if it holds up and stays tight.Other than that, the case is fantastic. I didn't bother with the screen protectors so I can't speak to those but everything else works great and feels top notch. The very last downside I can think of, but is a problem with ALL of the cases like this, is that it doesn't sit flat on a table anymore. The ring/metal plate sit out further than the rest of the case so if you tend to use your phone on a table, it can be a bit wobbly. But, like I said, all of these type of cases have that problem so it can't really count against this one in particular.

Great case not bulky, survived several falls, and it's still intact. Color is softer than advertised. I like that you can see part of the original iPhone color. Many cases cover the majority of the phone, and you can't tell the color. I dropped the case with the phone from 2 and 5 feet on the tile, and the phone is fine. The raised edges indeed withstood the toll. The case has a fully covered back. The front only has raised edges, my phone has tempered glass, and with the many falls, it has no cracks. In a nutshell, I love my new case.

I ordered this case twice. The first time it broke immediately so I was able to get a replacement. My replacement just broke after 1 month in the exact same spot: the hinge that the square ring is attached on the back of the case. It is poor manufacturing. It looks like metal but it’s cheap plastic. Don’t buy this if you actually want a ring to hold onto or use as a kickstand. It is NOT durable or sturdy.

This case comes with tempered glass. Once I put the phone in case and glass on I dropped it. The glass fractured because the phone case edges don’t come up higher than the glass. Therefore if you drop it upside down, the glass absorbs the impact. The case is worthless. I am very disappointed because I have purchased cheaper phone covers that worked better. 😢

I’ve had this case for over 3 months now. I love how slim line it is, because I carry my phone in my back pocket a lot. I dropped the phone, it landed on the corner of it, onto a concrete floor and it didn’t break. I was so scared the screen was going to be cracked and there isn’t a single fracture. In addition to the case, I do have a tempered glass screen protector, but it was the phone case that saved me this time. I also really like the fact the kickstand is able to rotate and allows for it to be placed on my magnetic vent clip. I purchased this specifically for the magnetic ability and it has met and exceeded my satisfaction all the way around.

Case lasted almost a week and it was great during that time. Unfortunately the ring on the back is become very lose after a very short time and broke off. It was great while it lasted.

Case is rugged without being bulky. I always both clear non-sticky but I decided to try this one for my son's phone. He likes it and the click comes handy to watch videos without having to hold it or when you are doing a project in the garage and you need both hands. The click does not add much thickness which is good. Non sticky it means it comes out of your pocket without dragging other stuff from it.

Bought this for my 15 y/o grandson. It fits well. The screen protector works. And he likes it. What more can you ask for?We will see, after time, how well it holds up. I read the reviews prior to buying this. I know the "stand" is not metal but plastic, and I would have felt better had it been more like an otter box - but again, for the money it works.
