Pretty dang good
Nice spiced citus flavor, not super sweet like like the angostura orange bitters. Adds some twang to my negronis.

What is this?
These don't at all taste of yuzu. The ingredients just say "natural herbs and spices", is yuzu even an ingredient? The flavor profile is spicy and bitter, somewhat like angostura.Edit: tried it lengthened with some plain water, and it pretty much disappears. There is no way this would make a meaningful contribution to a cocktail.

Would love to try the fresh fruit
I'd love to try the fresh fruit but it isn't available in the US. I've used this I. A variety of mixed drinks. Went well in a Tom Collins with a lemon peel (but not lemon juice which I think would overpower the Yuzu).

Yuzu Bitters are just okay
Not very fragrant or full of flavor. It has a lovely aroma but the bitters are lost in a cocktail.

Huh????
$40, $40 $40!!! For bitters. I understand Yuzu is expensive, but this is nuts. Do yourself a favor and buy a quality Yuzu juice, and add that to your cocktails. That should run around $15 for 6 ounces or so.

Beautiful fragrance
Paired with Japanese gin in a French 75 inspired cocktail, it is very nice

Not worth $40!!!
This might be good in a vodka drink, got them for a whisky drink I’ve been creating and they aren’t very noticeable in a drink especially for the price!
