Product is not good just like cpu,web camera and monitor stand.
Some product is good.some are bad just like(webcamera,monitor stand,cpu).because webcamera is not working in this desktop .dvd slot is not open in the cpu and monitor stand is old so,i don't helpful the this product.please exchange this product Amazon.

Great Product Lousy Service
We purchased 2 sets of these refurbished PCs. Both working reasonably well. But I contacted the supplier when one of the RAM DIMMs in one of the PCs was misbehaving and couldn't even get a decent response on if it was covered under waranty and how we could claim it. Thats why deducted 2 stars due to BAD service.

This used PC is a good deal
Bought this for my father. The PC was packed well and all the items were received in good condition. Great job by seller and Amazon. Been using this for more than a month now. Working very well. At times, the monitor is blinking and coming back on but that may be due to power fluctuations. Very few signs of prior usage - almost as good as new. Very satisfied with my purchase. Great value at this price.
