Turmeric Capsules with Curcumin Supplements 500 mg Natural Organic Veggie Supplement - 60Cts

I have been using turmeric curcumin capsules for over a year now and I do notice the difference with my arthritis especially if I forget to take the capsules. Turmeric curcumin actually calms the aches and pains down to a 3 level on a pain scale of 1 to 10. Cannot take oral anti-inflammatory meds due to a severe allergic reaction to aspirin or any aspirin related product!! I have not had any side effects with this supplement so far.

I take it because it is known to be one of the best antioxidants known to man. I used to take powdered turmeric in my food but, it didn't always help the flavor of the dish I was preparing. The gelcap goes down easily with water or food and dosen't have any flavor. Turmeric adds a distinct flavor and a beautiful golden color to any food. It is appropriate for some select dishes.

These turmeric capsules are not pure or organic. They have magnesium sterate in them - something that is used in low end vitamins to keep them from sticking together or to the machinery during manufacturing. Magnesium sterate is a controversial additive that's made from hydrogenated cottonseed oil. Not only is the hydrogenation a problem but cottonseed oil has the highest amount of pesticide residues of any oil. This residue coats all the nutrients and interferes with their absorption. None of these are good things. For me, these pills, which I purchased because my inflammation issues cause heart palpitations, actually increased the palpitations. This is probably a side effect of the magnesium sterate -- which also has side effects (if you poke around online you'll read quite a but about this additive, most of it negative). I'll make sure I read the label more carefully in the future. I'm tossing these out.

I don't know anything yet I have just started taking them I have to give my body time to get use to the intake of this prduct. but I have already known about this product from DR.OZ show said it would be good for aches and pain in joints in flamation which its what I have lower back pain all of my joints below the waist.

I have been pleased with the results after two weeks. It definitely has reduced the inflammation caused by my RA. resulting in less swelling and pain. I will use this product daily because it works.

Helps a lot in dealing with constant chronic pain from arthritis and degenerative disk issues.

It's way too early to tell if this supplement is going to help with my neck. However, I have heard good things about it from otherassociates so I thought I would try it.

I have only been taking this product a week but I have noticed a difference. I have been dealing with inflammation for a while now and was taking up to 800 Mgs of Ibuprofen on a daily basis to cope. Since I started this supplement I have only taken 200 mg on two separate occasions. I am not sure if will work for anybody - it is definitely working for this 42 year old.
