Q: What size for a 55" boy?

Well it depends how much they weigh as well. I would go with size 7/8 Medium or size 10/12 large. My son is 7 and wears 10/12 large size because he weighs 80 lbs.

Q: How can I order these shirts in different sizes each one?

I think they should allow that. I have 3 boys. That would’ve been nice

The Sonic TShirt is very Black. All 3 shirts are bright happy colors. Just 100% Cotton and shrinkage had me worried.
