I originally bought the 7/8 for my daughter who wears an 8 in most brands. Ended up returning that one and getting the 10/12 size. Definitely runs small. Size up. The material is thin for a hoodie, but quality seems decent. Design is very pretty and my girl loves it.

I thought it would be thicker fabric but my granddaughter loves it how it is. She’s very slender so it fit perfectly so if your child is average weight or a little heavier go up a size.
