The COSRX Cica Cleansing Oil has been a great first step in my routine. It removes sunscreen and makeup easily without needing to rub too much. The texture feels light, rinses off clean, and doesn’t leave a heavy film. I have sensitive skin and was worried about breakouts, but this has been calming and gentle. My skin feels soft and balanced after using it.

This stuff is holy grail makeup remover for my very sensitive (MCAS) skin.

This is a gel, says its a cleanser but i think its a pre-cleanse. Gel is light, not oily or greasy, and doesn't irritate eyes. Gentle on skin and no harsh fragrance. more of a pre-cleanse, just to loosen & break makeup, but it doesn't get all the makeup off. Mascara rubbed off around my eyes as if i was hit in the face. Takes 2 washes to get makeup off, no greasy feel after rinse. And you will notice while you rinse a white residue all over as the gel mixes to cleanse off the makeup. Overall not sure what this does acts like a balm in a gel. Will need another cleanse to feel everything comes off, wish this did everything in 1.

Love the oil. Removes makeup and leaves skin feeling soft and clean. It smells divine and you can emulsify it with a few drops of water. Wipes clean with warm water and a microfiber cloth. My only complaint is that it is a pump bottle which in itself is fine except my spout was broken off and in the bottom of the box. It won't prevent me from buying it again. I can still work the bottle with a bit of caution.

i love the fact that COSRX does retail through amazon, especially considering how many skincare brands being sold on here are fakes, it’s nice to have security in knowing this brand is real when you buy it. on to the product itself, i originally had received a sample when i made a purchase on the COSRX website and fell in love! i have combo-oily, acne-prone skin and this oil cleanser is amazing. it smells of grapefruit but isn’t over-powering, it emulsifies nicely, and doesn’t give my skin any congestion or reaction. it’s great if you only wear SPF or minimal makeup - i do struggle a bit with getting waterproof mascara and eyelash glue off, but when wearing makeup i tend to gravitate more towards balms in order to tackle that. this is a light oil that is great for your daily double cleansing and doesn’t leave my skin feeling stripped nor does it leave any film residue that some oil/balms do. for shipping it came in the same box as if you were to buy it in store or on COSRX’s website or Yesstyle. it’s a pump bottle that comes with a plastic lock so that it doesn’t leak with transport, and there was no leakage on the box or in any of the packaging when it arrived. definitely recommend both the cleanser and purchasing the cleanser via amazon! i bought this bottle maybe two months ago (and use 2 pumps/night) and still have just over half the bottle left!

Still deciding how I feel about this. The only real makeup I’ve been wearing lately is mascara and it seems to struggle with removing that so I’m not absolutely sold, my face wash works better at removing my mascara than this.
