These feel like 'proper' rugby shorts. Very thick durable material that will last and last. Terrific length, fit above the knee but a little snugger around the waist. I ordered small as I am a 28 waist and these are definitely small with a tight elastic waistband. feel much snugger around the waist than the comparable Canterbury professional shorts which are available for around the same price. No pockets on these either, not a deal breaker for me but wanted to share as a lot of Rugby shorts do have pockets.All in all solid purchase and would do so again.

I’m quite fit, so I’m not going to complain that a L was too small. Other reviews suggested to order a larger size so I did. Order one size up. I’m normally a M and I ordered a L.My complaint is these shorts are very “stiff”. They’re okay for sleeping and lounging but THESE ARE NOT SQUAT SHORTS. I honestly don’t see how these are rugby shorts. Don’t rugby guys have thick legs and asses? How do they move in these?

First pair of Canterbury shorts. 6ft2" and 230. Initial fit is very good and feels super strong. A touch of elastic in the crotch area and a small strip on the L and R lower outer flanks on the shorts too for a bit of give. Bit stiff in the front when putting my knees up high running (and my thighs arent huge) but aside from that seems like this will last a long time.

Love the shorts. I am usually a Large but ordered a XL and they fit me perfect as I know rugby shorts tend to run slightly smaller. They stretch nice in the thighs and crotch area and have held up well through a couple practices on indoor turf. They even came about a week sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend this company and shorts to anyone looking for quality rugby shorts.

I got XL, and I love the way they fit. I like wearing bikini-cut briefs with my shorts for support. And these fit almost fitted; so, they show a nice brief line if you like that. I do have a meaty backside, though. In jeans, I generally wear a 36 or 38 depending on style and brand. I was hoping the fabric might have some stretch, but it is definitely sturdy for rugby purposes. It's almost like denim. I love the length; it's great for showing off your legs.

I bought a pair of these shorts a few years ago and love them to death! So much so that I ordered two new pair because it's time to retire my black ones.I love the fit, style, durability, and stretch of these shorts. I would highly recommended them to anyone who prefers short inseam shorts.My only reason for dinging a star is because the red shorts don't fit like my other two pair. They're too long and have an embroidered logo. I don't mind the embroidered logo, but the length is what's upsetting.

Unisex sizing is complicated. I would normally wear a M/L in Women's. Ordered a L in this and the waist is a little tight, but not uncomfortable. As with any rugby short, the legs are tight if you have muscular thighs at all. Size up if you do not like tight fitting clothing.

Excelente calidad y diseño. Pero el talle es más bien chico. Debería de comprar un talle más grande con respecto al que habitualmente usa.

I love these shorts. Although a rugby player, I actually bought them for the gym. Having quite big thighs and butt, I struggle with most training pants, particularly at the bottom of the squat. I have ripped several trousers this way and the result with some shorts is that they stick on the thighs and pull the waistband down, so I end up partially mooning the rest of the gym while in the squat rack!The added thick lycra/ stretch areas around the groin and sides of the thighs mean these babies stay right where you put the on and no risk of exploding out of them. Tough and durable as well and the material doesn't fade when washed. So the colour looks crisp still after several washes.

I was recommended these shorts, for weight training. There's no restriction while squatting or dead lifting.

The quality of the shorts is great, down side to these were that the sizings were bigger than other clothing garments from the same manufacturer. Product nonetheless was great. Happy with the purchase

Perfect.... ordered a Medium and they are true to size. Dark blue colour excellent quality material. Would definitely recommend and I would definitely buy again.

Quality item and durable fabric be aware of sizing, A 32" waist usually gives me breathing space so I went for the medium which is stated as 32-33" the feel a bit tight but guess that is necessary unless you want them yanking down, if you are a 'full' 32 go for the large size.
